The 150μm ultra-fine optical fiber can be used in conjunction with the flexible scope surgery, and the flexible lens can achieve free deflection and maintain better water circulation.

Faster rate of lithotripsy

stone ablation rate is 2-3 times that of holmium laser with the 1.6 times stone removal efficiency than holmium laser.

There are two types
lithotripsy methods

Ultra-high frequency, long pulse width lithotripsy, can make the diameter of stone powder < 250μm, to achieve ultra-fine powdering.
Low-frequency, short-pulse width lithotripsy can make stones super-pulse clastic, and high efficiency lithotripsy.

Practically no retropulsion

Compared with traditional holmium lasers, larger pulse durations, faster frequencies, and lower pulses.
Peak power enables less stone retropulsion and in-situ lithotripsy.

The thulium fiber laser tissue penetration depth is 0.1mm, which can effectively reduce intraoperative pairs and allows for rapid continuous output for effective coagulation. Make no severe tissue edema, necrosis, irritation symptoms such as slough formation, and the patient recovers quickly after surgery.
